Andy is the Country Manager for the Puerto Rico/Caribbean Region. He is also the Retail Market Lead for the Caribbean and Latin America.
He is responsible for customer relations and the integration of all JLL business lines to provide comprehensive solutions in all commercial real estate sectors as well as expanding JLL’s Retail Capabilities and International Retail Platform through Latin America. Andy has over 32 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including positions in consulting, planning, property management, development / construction, asset management, agency leasing and tenant representation. He holds real estate broker license in Florida and Puerto Rico and is the broker of record for JLL Puerto Rico Realty & Co S en C.
