Southeast Financial Center, Miami’s tallest, and largest office tower is the world-recognized image of this dynamic city. The tower and The Cube are connected by an elevated covered walkway. The project also features a 30,000 square foot outdoor plaza landscaped with trees and a variety of native plant material. A steel bridge attached 150' feet from the ground provides a unique architectural connection between the two structures. The tower is distinguished by its striking "saw-tooth" design on the northeast corner of the façade. This feature provides up to 16 corner offices per floor and highly efficient floor plates averaging 22,000 s.f. of net rentable area. A "V-notch" in the middle of the west face of the tower runs the entire height of and is highlighted at night.
