Everett Mall is a regional shopping center located 25 miles north of the City of Seattle, Washington. The City of Everett is the county seat of Snohomish County and its largest city with a population over 100,000. It is situated on the Puget Sound with a labor force of more than 400,000; predominantly employed in technology, aerospace and service-based industries. Major area employers include Boeing (41,000 employees located 3.7 miles from Everett Mall), Naval Station Everett (3,000 employees) and Tulalip Tribes (3,200 employees). Alaska and United Airlines are expected to start commercial air service from Paine Field (located 4 miles from Everett Mall) in the spring of 2019.
The Everett Mall consists of 490,949 square feet of contiguous retail space anchored by LA Fitness, Burlington, Sears, Regal Cinemas (16 screens), Ulta and Old Navy; with a thriving food court. An adjoining 140,000 square foot building (formerly Macy's) is now partially occupied by Floor & Decor (opened September 2018). The 120,000 square foot Village at Everett Mall in the west parking area of the Mall includes Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, and PetSmart. Olive Garden and Famous Dave's are also located on out parcels facing Everett Mall Way.
The property is bounded on the east by Interstate 5 (with prominent electronic signage) and on the north by Everett Mall Way (with outstanding visibility and multiple monument signs), with dense residential development to the south and Class A office space to the west. Multiple signalized intersections provide easy access from east and westbound Everett Mall Way. The City of Everett bus service (Everett Transit) has a Transit Center on site.
