Mr. Grasso specializes in retail tenant representation in the Midwest market. He works closely with his retail clients to determine specific trade areas where they can fill a void to ensure optimal market penetration. This is accomplished by working closely with the specific retailer to understand truly who their customer is and what demands they have. Pairing this collaboration with demographic analysis, local market knowledge and a network of broker relationships, Mr. Grasso can help retailers identify the right real estate for his clients and execute transactions.
Mr. Grasso has six years of experience in the retail real estate industry. Prior to JLL, he worked as an analyst on the T-Mobile corporate account. In that role, he was responsible for assembling site packs of potential T-Mobile locations throughout the country. Mr. Grasso has assisted in the approval, execution and opening of 1,500 T-Mobile locations and was awarded the Best of Class award for recognition of valuable contributions on the T-Mobile account.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Grasso has a bachelor’s degree in government and economics from Georgetown University where he was a member of the men’s soccer team. He holds his real estate license in the state of Illinois, is a certified LEED Green associate and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
