Diego Sampson, CCIM

Diego Sampson has been in the commercial real estate industry for the past decade. He joined JLL in 2021 as a commercial Real Estate Transaction Advisor for Puerto Rico and Florida markets. He started his career in real estate as a valuation analyst in Puerto Rico, gaining extensive knowledge of commercial real estate while assisting in the valuation of commercial properties through research and analysis of property fundamentals, operating expense information, comparable sales and lease audits.

As a licensed real estate broker in Puerto Rico and Florida, Diego helps business owners expand between the two markets. He focuses on working closely with his clients to make sure their objectives are met, while identifying opportunities best suited to their needs. Working with a diverse mix of clients ranging from start-ups to large companies, he has helped them acquire and dispose of assets while providing them with the information and tools necessary to make informed decisions and delivering bottom-line results.

Diego holds an electrical engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. He has carried those skills and insights through his career, as he shifted into the real estate industry. Currently, he serves as a Member of the Florida Central District CCIM Chapter's Board of Directors. In his spare time, Diego enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, barbecuing and playing golf.
