Vanessa M. Pérez

Ms. Pérez represents national and regional clients in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and Latin America. In her role, Ms. Pérez provides clients with market entry research and strategic planning based on the client's specific needs. Her current approach includes the provision of transition planning and location analysis for several multinational companies.

Some of Vanessa's responsibilities are: Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement; Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan; Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan; Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives through inception phase; Ensuring service/unit projects and activities reflect the overarching strategic priorities; Partnering with other JLL professionals and client stakeholders, to support execution of key initiatives; Developing inclusive planning processes; Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans; Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals charged with executing strategies; Acting as a resource across the organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans. 

Ms. Pérez partners with our Human Resources Team in providing emergency response services to employees in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Ms. Pérez is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Puerto Rico and Florida.
