Mr. Myers is a market leader for the Cincinnati office. His areas of focus and expertise include tenant representation and agency leasing for office clients. Mr. Myers also provides acquisition, disposition and development services.
Mr. Myers has 27 years of experience in the Greater Cincinnati real estate market; as Executive Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle, as President of Cincinnati Capital Properties, as a partner with Tipton Associates, and as a Senior Associate with The Staubach Company.
Mr. Myers has been involved in over 250 real estate transactions, with values exceeding $300,000,000. Notable projects include Redstone of Kenwood, Linden Ponte on the Lateral, Pictoria Tower, The Wards Corner Business Center, Twin Lakes of Montgomery, and Ridgewood Corporate Center. Select transactions include Tata Consulting Services North American Headquarters acquisition, Liberty Mutual Insurance/Indiana Insurance Headquarters, Harris Corporation, U.C. Physicians, the State of Ohio, and PNC Bank. Representative transactions completed include Omnicare Headquarters relocation, Harris Corporation relocation and facility sale, Ridgewood Corporate Center sale to Tata Consultancy Services, and First Financial Bank lease at Pictoria Tower.
Mr. Myers was honored as NAIOP’s Broker of the Year in 2008.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Myers holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University. Mr. Myers is active as a volunteer of The University of Cincinnati. He is currently serving as President of The UC Alumni Association, and has supported the UC Real Estate Program on the Board of Executive Advisors and as past Chairman of the Real Estate Advisory Counsel and Real Estate Roundtable.
