Krupa Shah is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Corporate Finance & Net Lease group. In this capacity, she provides structuring expertise to help corporate/occupier and investor clients develop real estate finance strategies that produce optimal transaction economics. Krupa’s responsibilities include business development, asset and credit underwriting, investor relations and transaction execution.
During her 11-year tenure at JLL, Krupa has been involved in the execution of over $3.3 billion in sale leaseback / net lease, build-to-suit and investment sale transactions, including $2.0 billion in portfolio sales.
Additionally, she worked in the Special Asset Services and Loan Sales team, where she was responsible for providing valuation, transaction execution and advisory services for non-performing and sub-performing real estate assets for financial institutions and special servicers. While part of this team, Krupa was involved in nearly $1.4 billion in commercial loan dispositions.
Education and Affiliations
Krupa attended New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing.
She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois, and is a member of Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP).
