Eric Suffoletto is a Senior Vice President in JLL Capital Markets, Net Lease where he executes net lease dispositions, acquisitions, 1031-exchange, sale-leasebacks, portfolio analysis, build-to-suit advisory, and broad-based capital markets consultation. He also specializes in the sale of core, urban retail and select mixed-use properties in major markets throughout the United States.
Mr. Suffoletto's commercial real estate experience is most notably rooted in full-cycle investment sale execution, with an emphasis on business development, deal origination, transaction management, and client relationship management. Throughout his career, he has sold commercial investment properties valued in excess of $900 million.
His nationwide clientele draws from a diverse combination of owner and investor profiles including high net worth private investors, merchant developers, public & privately held REITs, syndications, family offices, offshore investors, funds, and other institutional investment groups.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Suffoletto has a BA in History and English from Connecticut College, where he also was a member of the Men's Varsity Soccer team. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC Next Generation, and Urban Land Institute.
He is also involved with various Chicago-based charitable organizations including Imerman Angels, Lurie Children's Hospital, and the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago.
