Caroline Binning is a Vice President with JLL Capital Markets, Retail Investments Sales and Net Lease. Based in Dallas, Caroline focuses on Retail Investment Sales dispositions. Her responsibilities include originating and executing the disposition of both multi-tenant and single-tenant retail assets.
JLL's net lease specialists (formerly Net Lease Property Group or NLPG) offers an array of core services including: net lease disposition & acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market & demographic evaluation, build-to-suit and capital markets consultation.
Prior to joining JLL, Caroline was part of the National Retail Investment Group at CBRE and assisted in the marketing and/or sale of Institutional retail properties across the Southwest. She began her career at CBRE in the Wheel Program where she spent several weeks on various teams including Office/Industrial/Retail Brokerage Services, Global Corporate Services, Valuation & Advisory Services and Investment Properties.
Education and Affiliations
Caroline graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) and The Real Estate Council. She has obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of Texas.
