Adam Friedlander is a Vice President with JLL Capital Markets, Net Lease (formerly the Net Lease Property Group), a team that specializes in the sale, purchase, and recapitalization of net leased properties throughout the United States.
This national group offers services, including: net lease disposition & acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, build-to-suit and Capital Markets Consultation.
Adam Friedlander has over nine years of commercial real estate experience, both in business development and new origination, but also in an investment underwriting and analysis role. He has assisted clients in the purchase and sale of anchored centers, strip centers, single tenant (STNL) assets and REO assets. Adam Friedlander's client list consists of REITS, Pension Fund Advisors, Developers, Private High Net Worth, 1031 Exchange & Foreign Investors.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2016, Mr. Friedlander was a Director with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, where he assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant investments throughout the country. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, he worked for Jules & Associates in downtown Los Angeles specializing in the procurement of equipment financing for large corporations.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Friedlander earned a BA at Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Business Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He is an active member of the Loyola Marymount University Alumni Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
