Andy Irwin joined JLL in 2017 and specializes in representing building owners and tenants with the leasing, acquisition and disposition of warehouse, R&D and office buildings throughout San Diego County. He has over 17 years of brokerage and development experience and has been involved with more than 700 sale and lease transactions totalling over 3 million square feet and valued in excess of $800 million.
Prior to joining JLL, Andy was Senior Vice President with Murphy Development Company and was responsible for the leasing and sales of Murphy's business park and land portfolios as well as acquisitions of land for development and commercial investments. His brokerage career began in 2000 as an Industrial Landlord and Tenant Specialist with CBRE and continued with Cassidy Turley where he specialized in representing owners of industrial quality business parks. Andy spent his initial 2 years with a top tenant advisory team working with Fortune 500 companies throughout Northern Mexico and primarly focusing on the Tijuana region.
