Erin Ridge Shopping Centre will have approximately 450,000 square feet of leaseable area when fully
complete. A 150,000 square foot Costco Wholesale has been operating on the site since 2013 and tenants
such as Marshalls, HomeSense, Michaels, PetSmart & Lowe’s, are also open.

Construction of the final phase of the project will begin in early 2019. New tenants will include a major
national grocer and opportunities for Junior Big Box tenants in the 5,000 to 15,000 square foot range.


The Centre is located in the City of St. Albert, an affluent municipality with a population in excess
of 75,000 and average household incomes of approximately $150,000 per year.

St. Albert is situated northwest of the City of Edmonton. The Shopping Centre is located on the east side of St. Albert Trail, immediately north of Everitt Drive in the north end of St. Albert in the rapidly growing residential community of Erin Ridge. The Centre benefits from multiple access points
directly off St. Albert Trail including an all access traffic signal at the center of the site. The Shopping
Centre boasts high traffic counts of nearly 40,000 vehicles per day along St. Albert Trail. Erin Ridge
