JLL Capital Markets, Multifamily, Alberta (“the “Advisor”) has been retained by Leston Holdings (1980) Ltd. (the “Vendor”) on an exclusive basis for the sale of Bellamy Place (9915 -Bellamy Hill Road NW), Monmouth House (10172 -119 Street NW), and Leslie Manor (10039 -116 Street NW) in Edmonton, Alberta (individually the “Property, collectively the “Properties” or “Portfolio”). The Portfolio consists of 76 residential rental suites ideally located in the core of the City of Edmonton. Each Property offers immediate access to arterial roadways, public transit and an abundance of services and amenities.

The Portfolio is positioned for an investor to take advantage of a proven operating history with little to no capital expenditure required. Expressions of interest to purchase the Core Edmonton Multifamily Portfolio will be dealt with as-received and is being offered with a List Price of $12,485,000.
The Portfolio is being offered for sale on a collective or single asset basis, allowing investors to amass scale by acquiring the Portfolio in its entirety, or alternatively, as individual properties.
Interested parties will be required to execute and submit the Vendor’s form of Confidentiality Agreement (the “CA”) prior to receiving detailed information about the Portfolio. No offer, regardless of form or content, will create any legal binding obligation upon the Vendor or the Advisor until fully executed by the Vendor and Purchaser.
