Additionally, he possesses a strong understanding of urban dynamics and the municipal processes which shape development. During his career, Earl has acted on behalf of individuals, family trusts and many corporate interests.
Earl has been involved in the sale of more than $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions in the last fifteen years.
Prior to co-founding the Colliers Apartment Team Earl contributed to $500,000,000 of transactions with the Hotel, Industrial, Office and Land practice groups. He took the experience gained from working with those industry leading teams and has spent the past ten years focused exclusively on the acquisition and disposition of multi-family investment properties, primarily in Ontario.

Earl has a diverse educational background that includes engineering and urban planning. He applies the technical skills learned from each discipline when working through valuation modeling, asset descriptions with the goal of maximizing income and mitigating the impacts of potential capital exposure for clients.
