Caroline Bouillet specializes in retail growth and site selection strategy and tenant representation. She is responsible for leading retail tenant brokerage and services to clients that create winning solutions to the real estate development and profit growth challenges retailers face in the Canadian market place. She is registered to practice real estate trading in Ontario and has experience leading national growth mandates.
Caroline has over seven years of real estate development experience and over fifteen years of experience in retail operations and leading retail real estate teams at an executive level to grow store profitability. Her strong background in the language and world of retail allows her to easily understand her clients’ operational and profit growth challenges and develop practical solutions that fit with their needs and objectives. Caroline’s real estate experience includes strategy design and execution at the national and various regional levels. In addition to site selection and acquisition experience she is an accomplished negotiator of a variety of deal types, including multi site business acquisitions, joint ventures and co-development agreements. Her expertise includes cross functional team leadership, research, process design and implementation and franchise development.
Prior to joining JLL, Caroline was the Sr. Director of Development for 7 Eleven Canada where she built a team of five real estate professionals and two construction managers. While at 7 Eleven she was responsible for opening up thirty-eight new build stores, the majority of which included gas and closed 89 deals in three years.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from the University of Calgary. She resides in Toronto and works from the financial district of Toronto.
